Dr. Tara Lantz, ND is a member in good standing with:

and is licensed through the College of Naturopathic Physicians of British Columbia (CNPBC)
Dr. Lantz received her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in Vancouver, B.C. and holds a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry (summa cum laude) from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax. She has additional training Bowen therapy, Craniosacral therapy, Psychosomatic Energetics and IV Nutritional Therapy.
Born and raised on the West Coast, Dr. Tara Lantz, ND has deep roots and family ties to Nova Scotia and is happy to be practicing in Halifax and throughout the province since 2013, following 2 years of practice in downtown Vancouver.
Dr. Lantz’s practice focuses on a functional medicine approach to wellness by providing a framework for health and disease prevention. Clinically, she provides preventative medicine through balancing sleep, energy levels, stress response, and diet. She loves extending her area of care into education, counselling, and coaching. Through her education, training and life experiences, she believes there is often a different path to lasting health than relying solely on prescription medications, surgery, and psychiatric care that is the standard of conventional medicine. She aims to work collaboratively with other medical professionals to bridge the gap between standard medical care and integrative medicine.
